The day to day quality aspects is controlled by the managing partner personally who has the various machine supervisors reporting directly to him. These supervisors have the complete authority of the management of all actions he may deem necessary in carrying out his duties.

As in the case of any manufacturing unit, the selection of raw material and its consistent quality is of utmost importants to produce quality product. For the manufacture of Spring Washers, the raw material required is high carbon spring steel wire. We have, after years of painstaking research, have devised our unique requirements of chemical composition.

Each Lot of Spring Steel Wire Received at the works must have a test certificate for UTS for each and every coil. The wire is released for production only after the managing partner is satisfied about its quality.

Detailed in-process inspection is carried out at every step. It is the intention of the firm to attain the zero defect level in each and every stage of production and to achieve this end fail-safe methods have been incorporated in the process. Also every  employee/supervisor realises the cost of poor quality and therefore are alert and take care and prevent movement of the materials, if found defective at any stage, from one stage of production to another.
